At Mike Thomas Fab, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Processing Times
- Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days.
- Custom fabrication items or made-to-order parts may require additional processing time depending on complexity.
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Weekends and holidays are not counted as processing days.
If your order requires additional time, we will notify you by email at sales@mikethomasfab.com.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and selected carrier.
- We do not inflate or mark up shipping costs.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Available options will appear at checkout.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
- We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- Address changes can only be made before an order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once a package is marked “Delivered,” it is considered complete and we are not responsible for theft.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation.
- If your items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
