At Mike Thomas Fab, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible.


Processing Times

  • Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom fabrication items or made-to-order parts may require additional processing time depending on complexity.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Weekends and holidays are not counted as processing days.

If your order requires additional time, we will notify you by email at sales@mikethomasfab.com.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and selected carrier.
  • We do not inflate or mark up shipping costs.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Available options will appear at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
  • Address changes can only be made before an order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered,” it is considered complete and we are not responsible for theft.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation.
  • If your items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
